Here, Cain is the one far away from everything but still, you won't spend too much time with him.Īt the end, when you have one of those days for crafting, gambling, cubing gems, etc. In Act 4 you spawn next to the town portal but Cain, the Stash and Tyrael are in one side and both mercs are in the other direction, not very comfortable.Īct 5 perhaps is the second best town configuration, scroll portal y very close from Malah, Town portal, Stash and larzuk. Drognan is also a bit far, and Elzix to gamble is a one day journey, even Greiz is far away.Īct 3 spawn is a pain too, there, I prefer to sell things to Ormus because he is on the way to the stash where you find cain and the town portal, the Blacksmith is not very close and Asheara or Alkor are a pain to visit. If you compare, Act 2 spawn is far far away, scroll portal is also far far away, even when Fara and Cain are next to the stash. Akara Imho is far and you have to go specifically to her, I only visit her when doing cow runs. Well I guess it's because Act 1 is one of most popular in the game, the rogue camp is one of the best town configuration if not the best in game, from the scroll portal, on the way to the stash, you find Cain to identify and Kashya if your merc died, keep what you want in stash and just a bit further is Charsi, very close you have the town portal. Outside of the Assassin, there’s natural drop sources for all of the other classes. There’s totally a way that drops could reinforce lore. It doesn’t have to be weighty enough to suddenly revamp act boss run meta’s, which would still always carry a greater chance at wealth, but if you wanted to take a break and farm Blood Raven for Mavs or a Windforce for a while, it could be an option. Everytime I go after Lam Esen’s I remember Battlemaid Sarina exists and she could be a great dedicated drop point for 1H swords or other battlemaid things. Druid weapons? Head to the Dark Woods and farm Treehead for a bit. Let’s turn Blood Raven, a former Rogue and still current archer, into a bit more of a bow farm. Atma’s and maybe named sets (as family heirlooms) and low unique jewelry from Rada that since Rada literally ate her family/terrorized a popular trading port. ![]() I know treasure classes are incredibly complex and all that and to fidget with them would be a whole ordeal, but honestly would have loved to have seen a heavy weight even from the lower bosses and super uniques. Not like D2 is worse for it, but that it could have been better for it, if that makes sense. I recognize that act bosses gonna act boss, but the fact that Atma’s items don’t get their most weighted drops from Radament is a bit of a pet peeve from me.
